Loan Consultant

Job Description:

  • Responsible for seeking out and visit locations where pensioners are found.
  • Responsible for promoting our lending services to pensioners and explain to pensioners how to arrive at net take home money, how to calculate interest and service charges based on the varying terms of payment.
  • Responsible for developing good personal relationships with pensioners and their families.
  • Responsible for helping applicants accomplish loan requirements and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • At least High School Graduate
  • With good Marketing and sales skills
  • Preferably with experience in sales
  • Willing to do field works

Loan Processor

Job Description:

  • Responsible for welcoming customers in the Branch and conduct interview.
  • Responsible for processing loans of customers and assist them in getting requirements if necessary.
  • Responsible for assisting the Branch Head in preparing branch reports.
  • Responsible for other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of 4-year course
  • With or without experience on office staffing
  • Knowledgable in excel and Word Processing
  • With good communication skills

Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance-related courses, or Legal Management.
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in compliance or related roles within a corporate or financial environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements from:
    • SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)
    • BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)
    • Other government agencies relevant to company operations
  • Familiarity with filing procedures, statutory reports, renewals, permits, and corporate housekeeping is essential.
  • Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using online government portals for submissions and monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and government representatives.
  • Willing to perform field work for processing government documents, securing permits, and attending meetings as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of all regulatory filings and corporate documents to SEC, BIR, and other government agencies.
  • Monitor compliance calendars, statutory deadlines, permit renewals, and ensure all requirements are submitted accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update all compliance-related records, corporate documents, and government registrations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing complete, accurate, and updated documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compliance-related policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Represent the company in government offices for submissions, follow-ups, and clarifications.
  • Perform other tasks related to compliance, legal, and regulatory functions as may be assigned.

Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Good documentation and filing skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Flexible with work hours and willing to work overtime when needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process RPO of loan releases, payment to suppliers and other Disbursement
  • Recording of collectibles and posting of payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
  • Month-end reconciliation of accounts
  • Prepare journal entries as assigned
  • Coordinate with branches for work-related concerns
  •  Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager

Treasury Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Can work under extreme pressure
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Flexible, honest, and trustworthy

  • Responsible for uploading GCash transactions to EF Branch clients
  • Responsible for sending reports to EF Branches
  • Responsible for monitoring funds for GCash account
  • Responsible for regular replenishment of GCash funds
