Now a Speaker

When Ronnie Arcilla was promoted as area supervisor of EverFirst, he faced a challenge that many new leaders encounter—communicating clearly. Transitioning into a role that required giving clear instructions across multiple branches with numerous personnel was not easy.

One lesson from the Enculturation Seminar that stood out for him was the 5 Cs plus 1 C = One Big C. Through this, Ronnie learned to organize his thoughts and communicate with clarity and confidence. Over time, what was once a challenge became a strength, and he is now an Enculturation Seminar speaker.

According to Ronnie, his inspiration to become a speaker was President Rey Angeles, whose depth of wisdom motivated him to learn more and share those lessons with others. He is also guided by Enculturation principles, particularly the 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit, with patient endurance helping him perform his work effectively every day. The seminar also helped him recognize the importance of collaboration and taught him to welcome feedback from his team while learning from both superiors and colleagues.

Grateful for the impact of the seminar on his career growth at EverFirst, Ronnie encourages fellow employees, regardless of position, to take part in the program. For him, Enculturation is not only a tool for professional growth but also a guide that shapes both work and personal life.
