Recognizing Excellence: Promotions Across EverFirst Loans Corporation

As we continue to strive toward our goal of delivering outstanding service and financial solutions to our clients, EverFirst is proud to announce a new wave of promotions for July and August 2025.
A total of 16 individuals, comprising 12 new branch head OICs, 3 new approving supervisors, and 1 accounting supervisor, were promoted across various departments, reflecting both their professional growth and our commitment to internal development.
Below are the new branch head OICs with their respective branches and promotion dates:
- Atienza, Erika Jane – San Pablo Branch, July 1, 2025
- Baligad, Allen – Novaliches Branch, July 1, 2025
- Fulminar, Jayson Rey – Zapote Branch, July 1, 2025
- Juacalla, Baby Joy – Lucena Branch, July 1, 2025
- Benedictos, Rachella Mae – Caybiga Branch, July 1, 2025
- Vibandor, Patrick Lester – Carmona Branch, July 7, 2025
- Lagera, Liezle Ann – Sto. Tomas Branch, July 15, 2025
- Baynosa, Christine Joy – Putatan Branch, July 16, 2025
- Agpoon, Angelica – Quiapo Branch, August 1, 2025
- Anchos, Ellen – Molino Branch, August 1, 2025
- Matra, Kimberly – Candelaria Branch, August 1, 2025

Twelve new leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences share the same goals: to boost sales, become servant leaders, and pursue excellence and growth in their respective branches—while maintaining strong relationships with their teams and clients.
Meanwhile, here are the newly promoted approving supervisors effective August 1, 2025:

- Dela Cruz, Denise
These individuals have exhibited thorough knowledge of loan processing, and a keen eye for detail. Their new roles are critical in maintaining integrity and ensuring compliance during loan approvals. All three share the same goal: to minimize errors and prevent delays in the loan process.
Lastly, effective August 1, 2025, here is the newly promoted accounting supervisor:
- Pogenio, Joan Paula
Having served as an accounting staff for seven years, she looks forward to further growing in her role by fostering open communication and continuous learning within her team. Her leadership promises a balance of support, openness to suggestions, and a focus on efficiency and development. This promotion reflects not only a mastery of technical accounting skills but also leadership qualities that will drive the team towards achieving both individual and organizational goals.
